origination_uri, so read them from GET /v1/sip-trunks rather than trusting

Plivo’s SIP trunking product is Zentrunk, and it models the two directions as two separate objects. You need both; creating only the outbound trunk is the usual cause of “outbound works, inbound never rings”.1
Create an outbound trunk
Zentrunk → Outbound Trunks → Create New Outbound Trunk.

Add an IP Access Control List
Under Trunk Authentication, choose IP Access Control List and add
95.216.218.102. A Credentials List works instead: put those on your
Wixzel Voice trunk’s username and password and Plivo will authenticate the
digest rather than the address.3
Create an inbound trunk
Zentrunk → Inbound Trunks. Set the Primary URI to
95.216.218.102:5090, the host and port in origination_uri; this
is Plivo’s name for the origination side. The
